  13. I have four Zoom V.34FX modems used for ppp access to our lan.  About once a 
  14. day I find one of them (not always the same on) frozen off-hook, with the FAX 
  15. LED on.  I don't know if it gets into this state during negotiation with a 
  16. remote modem or during the course of an established connection.

  18. Has anyone else had this problem?  Zoom email tech support is clueless, 
  19. natrually.
